Swissauto is an engine company based in Burgdorf, Switzerland. It is best known for its V4 engine used in ELF, MuZ, and Pulse 500cc Grand Prix motorcycles and in World Championship sidecars. The company has also developed a highly efficient internal combustion engine (about 35% efficiency) to extend the range of plug-in hybrid electric vehicles.
