At the 2016 European Aquatics Championships, the men's 4 × 100 metre medley relay was held on May 22. There were 63 swimmers from 14 nations (14 teams). Great Britain won with a time of 3:32.15, featuring Chris Walker-Hebborn, Adam Peaty, James Guy and Duncan Scott. France took silver with Benjamin Stasiulis, Giacomo Perez-Dortona, Mehdy Metella and Florent Manaudou. Hungary earned bronze with Gábor Balog, Gábor Financsek, László Cseh and Richárd Bohus. Heats started at 10:12 and the final at 17:23 on the same day.
