Fred Kelly (Frederick Charles Kelly) (1877 – 23 July 1957) was a Welsh footballer who played as an outside right. He was born in Sandycroft, Wales, and played for Wrexham from 1899 to 1901, making 12 appearances and scoring 4 goals. He also played for Druids in 1902–1903. Internationally, Kelly represented Wales, earning 3 caps between 1899 and 1902, without scoring. His first Wales match was on 4 March 1899 against Ireland, and his last was on 22 February 1902 against Ireland. He died in Flixton, England, in 1957, aged 79–80.
