Sweethearts of the U.S.A.
Sweethearts of the U.S.A. is a 1944 American musical comedy film directed by Lewis D. Collins. It stars Una Merkel, Harry Parke, and Donald Novis. The screenplay was written by Sherman L. Lowe, Arthur St. Clair, and Mary Sheldon. Produced for Monogram Pictures by Lester Cutler, Max Kravetz, and George M. Merrick, the movie runs 63 minutes and is in English. It was released on March 7, 1944; in Britain it was titled Sweethearts on Parade. The film's sets were designed by art director Paul Palmentola.
