Swecon

Swecon is the annual title given to the Swedish science‑fiction convention chosen to host the national science‑fiction awards. Since 1998, one Swedish convention each year is selected for the awards and receives the Swecon name in addition to its own. Swecon is usually the largest Swedish science‑fiction convention of the year. The Swecon tradition exists in neighboring countries as Norcon (Norway), Dancon (Denmark), and Finncon (Finland).
