Svetlana Mikhaylovna Chirkova-Lozovaya (Russian: Светлана Михайловна Чиркова-Лозовая), born November 5, 1945, in Tupner, Tsivilsky District, Chuvash ASSR, Soviet Union, is a former Soviet fencer and fencing coach in Estonia. She moved to Estonia in 1950 and studied at Tallinn Pedagogical University, graduating in 1973. Coached by Clavdij Jadlovskij, she specialized in foil.

Olympic career: She won two Olympic gold medals in team foil — at the 1968 Mexico City Games and the 1972 Munich Games. World Championships: at Havana 1969 she won bronze in individual foil and helped her team win gold in 1969 Havana, 1970 Ankara, and 1971 Vienna.

Honors and later life: She was named Merited Master of Sport of the USSR in 1972 and received the Medal "For Distinguished Labour." In 2006 she was awarded the Estonian Order of the White Star, Third Class, and in 2016 Tallinn City Cross. Since 1980 she has used the surname Lozovaja.

Personal life: She is the mother of two fencers, Eduard "Edik" Ber and Kirill Lozovoi, and is an honorary member of the Estonian Olympic Committee.
