Surpass was an antacid chewing gum from Wrigley, a brand of Mars, Inc. It was released in 2001 and produced by the Wrigley Company. The gum was marketed as an antacid to help treat heartburn. Wrigley Healthcare began shipping Surpass on February 19, 2001. Sales were below expectations, and shipments to stores stopped in March 2003. Surpass was discontinued in 2003.
