AIS Airlines is a Dutch airline based at Lelystad Airport. Founded in 2009, it started as a flight school and grew into a charter and wet-lease operator across Europe. The AIS Group also runs AIS Flight Academy (pilot training), AIS CAMO (maintenance), AIS SIM (simulators), and AIS Development.

The airline operated Jetstream 31/32 turboprops and built a network of routes mainly in Germany, Sweden, Croatia, and Denmark, using both wet lease and its own services. It earned its air operator certificate in 2012 and, at its peak, had up to eight aircraft and seven routes. Over time the route network was reduced.

As of 2025, AIS no longer operates scheduled services. The company has shifted focus to electric aviation development through AIS Development, including work on an electric Jetstream prototype. A Danish contract phase ran from 2023 to September 2025. A 2019 incident involving a Jetstream 32 at Münster/Osnabrück was attributed to the training captain’s performance rather than the aircraft.
