Super Fun Night is an American comedy TV show created by and starring Rebel Wilson. It aired on ABC for one season from October 2, 2013, to February 19, 2014, with 17 episodes.

Plot:
The story follows three single women who have always spent Friday nights at home. When Kimmie Boubier decides to shake things up after befriending a new colleague, they turn their weekly “Friday Fun Night” into a bigger adventure while dealing with work, dating, and friendship in funny ways.

Production and release:
The project started as a potential CBS pilot, but ABC picked it up and retooled the cast, keeping Wilson along with Liza Lapira and Lauren Ash, and later Kate Jenkinson joined. The pilot was filmed as a multi-camera show but was changed to a single-camera format by ABC. The first two episodes aired out of order, with the pilot later broadcast as episode eight.

Reception:
Super Fun Night received mixed to negative reviews. Rotten Tomatoes shows about 32% from critics, with praise for Wilson but criticism of the jokes and tone. Some reviews called the show uneven and not very funny.

International airing:
The show was shown in several countries, including Canada (CityTV) and Australia (Nine Network), and it also aired in the Philippines and Latin America.

Cancellation:
ABC canceled the series after one season.
