Stephen Paul Stewart (born 9 October 1953) is a British judge who served as a High Court judge in England and Wales. He studied at St Peter's College, Oxford, and was called to the bar at Middle Temple in 1975, where he was a Harmsworth major exhibitioner and scholar. He began his judicial career as Assistant Recorder in 1995, then became a Recorder in 1999, and served as a deputy judge of the Technology and Construction Court from 2000 to 2003. He was appointed a senior circuit judge on the Northern Circuit in 2003. On 7 May 2013, he was appointed a High Court judge in the Queen's Bench Division and was knighted in the 2013 Special Honours.
