Stara Syniava Raion was a district in Khmelnytskyi Oblast, western Ukraine. Its administrative center was the urban-type settlement of Stara Syniava. The district covered 662 square kilometers and had about 19,100 people in 2020 (24,985 in 2001). It was established on March 7, 1923, and was abolished on July 18, 2020 during Ukraine’s reform that reduced the number of districts in Khmelnytskyi Oblast.
