Stadionul Cetatea is a multi-purpose stadium in Târgu Neamț, Romania. It is mainly used for football and is owned by the Municipality of Târgu Neamț. The stadium holds 2,000 spectators and has a grass surface. Its address is Str. 1 Decembrie 1918.

Over the years, Ozana Târgu Neamț used Stadionul Cetatea as their home ground in 1974–1997, 2006–2016 and 2018–2020. Bradu Borca used it in 2020–2021. The venue can also host other events beyond football.
