1991 Korfball World Championship
The 1991 Korfball World Championship was the fourth edition of the tournament. It was held in Belgium from 2–6 April 1991, across five cities: Antwerp, Berchem, Brussels, Ghent and Turnhout. Twelve teams competed in five venues. Belgium won the title, defeating the Netherlands 11–10 in a very close final to claim their first world championship. The Netherlands finished second, with Chinese Taipei third and Germany fourth.
