Sri Ramkrishna Sarada Vidyamahapith
Sri Ramkrishna Sarada Vidyamahapith, also known as Kamarpukur College, is a public undergraduate college in Kamarpukur, Hooghly district, West Bengal, India. It was established on February 15, 1959, to spread higher education in rural areas, under the Anur Jana Siksha Samsad trust, with early support from Sri Prafulla Chandra Sen and Dr. Bimala Kanta Mukhopadhyaya. The college is affiliated with the University of Burdwan.
It offers undergraduate courses in arts and sciences and has about 4,000 students across 13 streams (9 in Arts and 4 in Science). The campus features five main buildings, two boys’ hostels, a girls’ hostel, a library, science laboratories, and a modern computer lab.
