Spennithorne Old Hall is a manor house in Spennithorne, North Yorkshire, England. It was built for the Fitz Randall family around 1300. In the 18th century a replacement house was built on a new site, but three parts of the old complex still survive: Abbey Cottage, Old Hall Farmhouse, and Pippingill. Each building is separately listed as Grade II.

Abbey Cottage is made of stone with an artificial slate roof. It has two storeys and two offset parallel ranges, with a later single-storey extension on the left. The cottage contains fragments of medieval masonry and has 20th-century or blocked windows. At the rear are two medieval doorways to a screens passage, one blocked. The passage inside still has four original doorways leading to the pantry, kitchen, buttery and staircase.

Old Hall Farmhouse is largely from the 16th century, though it may include some earlier material. It is built of stone with quoins and a tiled roof, and has two ranges forming a T-shaped plan. The main range has two storeys and an attic, with three bays and various openings. The rear wing has two storeys and a rear outshut, with a casement window and mullioned windows.

Pippingill is late 17th century. It is built of stone with an artificial slate roof, two storeys and an L-shaped plan. The south range has three bays and 20th-century openings, while the rear range has three mullioned windows. On the west side is a large projecting chimney breast with two fire windows, and inside there is a large early fireplace.
