Ben 10: Omniverse is an action game based on the animated series. It was published in North America by D3 Publisher and in Europe/Australia by Namco Bandai Games, and released in November 2012 for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii, Wii U, Nintendo DS, and Nintendo 3DS. The game was praised for its graphics but criticized for not being very difficult or offering new gameplay ideas.

Gameplay and story
- The game is designed for two players in co-op. The first player controls Ben Tennyson, who can shift between his teen and younger forms. The second player controls Rook Blonko, Ben’s partner.
- Ben can access 13 alien forms, but can only transform with four of them at a time. Rook uses a Proto-Tool that creates different weapons for combat.
- Players work together to solve puzzles and fight waves of enemies through various levels. You can interact with objects, rescue items, and find secret areas.
- Each character has a health bar and a power meter (Omnitrix for Ben, Proto-Tool for Rook). If power runs out, you can’t transform or use weapons until it recharges. There’s also an experience bar to upgrade aliens and tools, unlocking new combos.
- Health, power, and experience are restored by picking up orbs, breaking objects, or reaching save points.
- Boss battles include quick-time events. If you miss a prompt, the boss may react and you try again.
- In Extras, you can unlock features by entering certain cheat combinations of aliens and characters.

Story twist
- If Ben’s Omnitrix malfunctions, he and Rook travel back in time to when Ben is eleven. They team up to fight Malware, fix the timeline, and stop the bad future.

Sequel
- A follow-up game, Ben 10: Omniverse 2, was released in 2013 for similar platforms. It was made by High Voltage Software for Wii U, Wii, PS3, and Xbox 360, and by 1st Playable Productions for Nintendo 3DS. The plot ties into the episode "The Frogs of War," with Ben facing the Incurseans and other villains.
