Soya Bus Co., Ltd., also known as Soya Bus Aerobus (SS Mercury 109), is a Japanese bus company based in Wakkanai, Hokkaido. It was founded on July 1, 1952 to take over part of the Dohoku Bus. The company mainly serves Hokkaido, the northernmost part of Japan, and operates about 136 buses (as of July 2020). The chief executive is Naomi Nakaba. Soya Bus was part of the Tokyu Group from 1959 to 2009. Since 2008, it has swapped staff and buses with Horikawa Bus (Fukuoka), Naha Bus and Ryukyu Bus (Okinawa). In summer, Soya Bus workers may go to those companies when they are less busy; in winter, staff from those companies come to Soya Bus in Hokkaido. Website: http://www.soyabus.co.jp/en/teikan
