Beauty Has Grace
Beauty Has Grace is the thirteenth studio album by contemporary Christian singer Jaci Velasquez, released on May 3, 2005. It was recorded in London during 2004–2005 with producer Martin Terefe and mixes Contemporary Christian music with indie pop and alt-rock sounds. Velasquez co-wrote six of the ten tracks. The album was almost named Kensaltown, after the Kensal Town studio where she wrote it, but the label changed it to Beauty Has Grace to avoid confusion with Tinsel Town; the title comes from a line in the song This Love. The release was delayed several times. The original track list included Hold On to This Moment, which was replaced by Reason to Believe. The album runs 38 minutes and 54 seconds and was released by Word Entertainment LLC, produced by Martin Terefe, Jaci Velasquez, and Dion Lopez. Critics praised the bold new direction for her Christian music. A Family Christian Stores special edition added the bonus track Love Will Find You.
