Sophronia humerella
Sophronia humerella is a small moth in the Gelechiidae family. It was described in 1775 by Michael Denis and Ignaz Schiffermüller. It is found across most of Europe (except Iceland, Norway, Ireland, the Netherlands, Croatia, Slovenia and Bulgaria), as well as North Africa and Asia Minor. In Britain, records are considered unreliable and the moth was removed from the official list there. The wingspan is about 9–11 mm. The larvae feed on Artemisia campestris, Helichrysum, Achillea, Thymus vulgaris and Antennaria species. It was also once known as Tinea humerella.
