Soldier Mountain (California)

Soldier Mountain is a mountain in the Cascade Range in northwest Shasta County, California. It rises to about 1,686 meters (5,531 feet) and has a prominence of about 482 meters (1,581 feet). The peak is roughly 4.2 kilometers (2.6 miles) south of Dana, California. At the summit there is an old fire lookout tower that can be reached by a dirt road.
