Ski or Die
Ski or Die is a 1990 winter sports game from Electronic Arts. It released for Amiga, NES, MS-DOS, and Commodore 64 and features five mini-games that can be played alone or as a set: halfpipe snowboarding, inflatable sled racing, aerial skiing, downhill skiing, and snowball fights.
Up to six players can compete in four of the mini-games via hotseat, while one mini-game supports two players at a time (semi-hotseat). The shopkeeper is voiced by Rodney Dangerfield. The MS-DOS version supports Roland MT-32 and AdLib audio. The NES version was published by Ultra Games and Palcom Software. The composer is Rob Hubbard. Ski or Die is part of the Skate or Die series and offers both single-player and multiplayer modes. Release year: 1990.
