Silvia Loli

Silvia Rosario Loli Espinoza is a Peruvian politician. She served as Minister of Women and Vulnerable Populations from November 18, 2020, to July 28, 2021, in President Francisco Sagasti’s government. Earlier, she was Vice Minister of Women from 2017 to 2019 under President Pedro Pablo Kuczynski. Loli has led the General Directorate against Gender Violence and headed the Women’s Management in Lima’s Metropolitan Municipality. She has also worked as a consultant for the Peruvian Institute for Responsible Parenthood and taught at the Latin American Center for Social Work (Celats).
