Shovot District
Shovot District is a district in Xorazm Region, Uzbekistan. The capital is the town of Shovot. It covers 460 square kilometers and had a population of about 171,700 in 2021, with a density of around 370 people per square kilometer. The time zone is UTC+5, and the postal code is 211000. The district includes several urban-type settlements—Shovot, Boʻyrochi, Ipakchi, Kangli, Qat-qalʻa, Monoq, and Chigʻatoy—and 11 rural communities.
