Shiloh is a village in St. Clair County, Illinois, in the St. Louis metro area. It covers about 11 square miles, mostly land, and had about 14,100 residents in 2020. The town is near Scott Air Force Base and is the eastern end of the Metrolink Red Line.

Shiloh has a long history tied to an 1807 revival called Three Springs, led by Rev. William McKendree. This event helped start the first Methodist church in the county and in the Illinois Country, and the village later grew around that church.

The area hosts Memorial Hospital East, part of BJC HealthCare, with a Siteman Cancer Center satellite opening on the campus in 2020.

Education in Shiloh is provided by Shiloh Village School District 85, with Shiloh Elementary and Shiloh Middle School. Most students attend O'Fallon Township High School (District 203). Students west of Greenmount Road may go to Whiteside Elementary School and Belleville Township High School East.
