Shake Your Spirit is the third—and final—studio album by the Canadian rock band Frōzen Ghōst. It was released in 1992 and recorded in early 1991 at Arnyard Studios in Toronto. Frontman Arnold Lanni produced the record and wrote all the songs. The rhythm parts were often cut live, sometimes in one take. The cover photo shows a birdcage that belonged to Geddy Lee. The album appeared on WEA Canada and Atlantic in the USA.

Reception was mixed. Some critics praised the strong hooks and polished rock sound, while others felt the riffs sounded familiar or typical of Canadian top‑40 rock. The Globe and Mail called it a solid, hard‑hitting, commercially oriented collection that compares well with notable AOR releases from the era.
