Christina Vidal Mitchell is an American actress and singer known for TV shows like Nick Freno: Licensed Teacher, Taina, and Primo, and for films such as Life with Mikey, Brink!, Freaky Friday, and See No Evil. She is Puerto Rican and attended LaGuardia High School in New York. At 17, she joined the girl group Gemstone with Jade Villalon and Crystal Grant, and her sisters Lisa and Tanya Vidal are also actresses.

Her acting began after a teacher told her about an audition for Life with Mikey (1993), where she played Angie Vega—the first Puerto Rican child lead in an American film. She starred as Taina Maria Morales on Nickelodeon’s Taina (2001–2002) and later played Maddie in Freaky Friday (2003) with Lindsay Lohan, with Freakier Friday (2025) reviving her role. She also appeared in 10-8: Officers on Duty, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, See No Evil, and had a stint on Girlfriends. Musically, she worked with Gemstone, had a brief stint with MCA Records in 2002, and contributed to Will Smith’s Black Suits Comin’ (Nod Ya Head) and Lupe Fiasco’s 1st & 15th Entertainment. Vidal married actor Marcus Mitchell in 2016 and they have three children.
