Serinyol is a neighborhood in the municipality and district of Antakya, Hatay Province, Turkey. It has a population of 15,804 (2022) and sits about 120 meters above sea level. It is located to the east of the Nur Mountains along state highway D.825, about 18 kilometers north of Antakya. Mustafa Kemal University is about 3 kilometers to the south. Until 2013 it was a town, but now it is part of Antakya.

Serinyol was founded in the 19th century by Circassian refugees from Russia. From 1920 to 1938 it was part of Mandatory Syria. In the late 1930s it joined the Hatay Republic, and Hatay joined Turkey in 1939.

The area’s main economic activities are olive, cotton, citrus, and vegetables, with some light industries.
