Sejkov (Hungarian: Székó) is a small village and municipality in eastern Slovakia. It lies in the Sobrance District of the Košice Region.

The village was first mentioned in 1412. It sits at 116 metres above sea level and covers 7.02 square kilometres. As of December 31, 2024, about 197 people live there.
