Second Division Knock-Out is a football cup for Second Division teams in Gozo, Malta, run by the Gozo Football Association. The current champions are Victoria Hotspurs, who beat Żebbuġ Rovers 4-0 in the final on 6 April 2024. The tournament is a knockout competition among Second Division clubs. It began in the 1958–59 season. Four unseeded teams start in the preliminary round; the two winners join the two seeded teams in the semi-finals.
