Pat Duffy
Pat Duffy, born Patrick Martin Duffy on January 17, 1975, in Corte Madera, California, is a professional skateboarder known for his goofy stance and his skill on handrails. He’s appeared in many skate videos and in the video games Skate, Skate 2, and Skate 3.
Duffy has been sponsored by Vox footwear, releasing the Patriot signature shoe in June 2014. In July 2014, In California Inc. (owner of AirSpeed Footwear) announced that Duffy had joined AirSpeed’s team, along with Brian Sumner and Kristian Svitak. In August 2014, he announced sponsorships from Plan B Skateboards, Lost Clothing, FKD Bearings, Orion Trucks, Paradox Griptape, Airspeed Footwear, Vivo, Arnette, Bony Acai, and Pacific Drive.
He’s especially known for his handrail skating and his roles in Plan B videos Questionable (1992) and Virtual Reality (1993). He was also set to appear in the Plan B video True, alongside teammates PJ Ladd, Ryan Sheckler, Torey Pudwill, Danny Way, and Colin McKay.
