Seaville is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Upper Township, Cape May County, New Jersey. It sits about 23 feet above sea level and is in the Eastern Time Zone. A post office has served Seaville since 1849, with Remington Corson as the first postmaster.

Seaville is known for its yellow fire trucks, a unique feature in Cape May County that began in 1985 when the Seaville Fire Rescue Company bought a new vehicle. The fire station is on Route 50, across from Dino’s Seaville Diner. The Seaville fire company was formed in 1964, got its first truck in 1965, and now responds to more than 200 calls each year.

Seaville was first listed as a census-designated place in the 2020 census. For schooling, it is part of the Upper Township School District for grades K–8 and the Ocean City School District for high school, with Ocean City High School serving high school students. Countywide options include Cape May County Technical High School and the Cape May County Special Services School District.
