Sausalitos Holding GmbH is a private casual-dining chain in Germany that serves fusion dishes inspired by Californian and Mexican cuisine. As of March 2025, it operates 43 locations in 33 German cities. It was founded in 1994 by Gunilla and Thomas Hirschberger in Munich, and the name comes from Sausalito, a city in California.

In 2014, the founders sold the company to the private equity firm Ergon Capital (now named Apheon). By early 2017 there were 37 restaurants, and by 2019 the number had grown to 43, with plans to expand to all German cities with more than 100,000 residents.

The company faced financial difficulties that began during the COVID-19 pandemic, leading to insolvency filings for several group companies. Michael Schuster from Jaffé Rechtsanwälte Insolvenzverwalter was appointed provisional insolvency administrator. The goal is to keep the restaurants open while seeking new investors.

Each Sausalitos location includes four areas: a bar, a bistro, a restaurant, and a terrace, with branding that reflects a Californian leisure lifestyle. The chain also offers an app for digital ordering. The menu features burritos, fajitas, quesadillas, various burgers, and tapas, with many cocktails resembling tiki drinks.
