The Sarma ministry is the current government of Assam, led by Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, and has been in office since 10 May 2021. It is the 22nd ministry of the state and is a BJP-led coalition that includes the Asom Gana Parishad (AGP) and the United People's Party Liberal (UPPL).

In the 2021 Assam Legislative Assembly elections, the BJP-led alliance won 75 seats (BJP 60, AGP 9, UPPL 6), while the Indian National Congress won 50 and one independent candidate won a seat. After the results, Himanta Biswa Sarma was chosen as the leader of the BJP's legislative party and was sworn in as chief minister on 10 May 2021; outgoing chief minister Sarbananda Sonowal resigned on 9 May 2021.

The cabinet currently includes 16 ministers, headed by the chief minister and originally comprising the chief minister plus 14 other ministers. The cabinet was expanded on 9 June 2022 with the addition of two more ministers, Nandita Garlosa and Jayanta Malla Baruah.

Governors overseeing the state in this period have included Jagdish Mukhi (until 20 February 2023), Gulab Chand Kataria (22 February 2023–31 July 2024), and Lakshaman Acharya (from 31 July 2024).

There are 14 guardian ministers assigned to oversee development in different districts. The maximum number of ministers in the Assam government can be 19.
