Sanosri is a village in Gir Gadhada Taluka of Gir Somnath district, Gujarat, India. The village covers about 446.8 hectares (1,104 acres). As of the 2011 census, it has 1,233 residents in 186 households, with 596 males and 637 females. Most people depend on farming, and the effective literacy rate is 69.74%. The official language is Gujarati. The village lies in the IST time zone (UTC+5:30). The PIN code is 362530 and the vehicle registration code is GJ (Census code 515258). Nearest towns are Gir Gadhada and Una. Sanosri is located at about 20.96°N, 71.05°E, roughly 350 km from Gandhinagar, the state capital.
