San Felice sul Panaro is a town in northern Italy, in the Emilia-Romagna region. It is in the Modena province, about 40 km northwest of Bologna and 25 km northeast of Modena. The town covers 51.5 square kilometers and sits 19 meters above sea level. As of 2015, about 10,881 people lived there, and the residents are called Sanfeliciani.

Historically, San Felice sul Panaro has been an important farming center in the Po Valley since Roman times. In the 20th century, farming-related industries grew.

In May 2012, the area was hit by two strong earthquakes. The first, on May 20, was magnitude 6.0 and damaged the Rocca Estense castle in San Felice sul Panaro. The second, on May 29, was magnitude 5.8 and caused more destruction. In the region, at least 17 people were killed, about 200 were injured, and roughly 14,000 were left homeless. In San Felice sul Panaro, three deaths occurred when the roof of a machine shop collapsed.
