Agnes Asangalisa Chigabatia (20 October 1956 – 9 January 2024) was a Ghanaian politician who served as the Member of Parliament for Builsa North from January 7, 2005 to January 6, 2009. She was a member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

Born in Chuchuliga, in what is now the Upper East Region, she attended Adda Middle School in Navrongo and Ayieta Middle School in Sandema, followed by St. Francis Girls’ Senior High School in Jirapa. She earned an Advanced Level certificate in Catering from Accra Polytechnic and worked as a caterer.

In 2004 she won the Builsa North seat with 6,160 votes (about 33.7%), defeating opponents from PNC, NDC and CPP. During her term she also served as Deputy Minister for the Upper East Region. She lost her seat in the 2008 election to Timothy Awotiirim Ataboadey.

Chigabatia was a Christian. She passed away on 9 January 2024 at the age of 67.
