Salt Rain
Salt Rain is the debut album by Susheela Raman, released on May 8, 2001. It was recorded at Real World Studios in Box, Wiltshire, and at Bellaphonix, with cello parts recorded at The Sound Studio in Stoke Newington, London. The album runs about 58 minutes and was released by Narada, produced by Sam Mills. Salt Rain was followed by Love Trap in 2003. The album was nominated for the Mercury Prize.
