Sakamenichthys is an extinct genus of early ray-finned fish that lived in the Early Triassic period in what is now Madagascar. Fossils were found in the Middle Sakamena Formation in the Beroroha basin in southern Madagascar. It was first assigned to the Catopteridae family, but later tentatively placed in the Redfieldiiformes. The genus contains the species Sakamenichthys germaini.
