SM Neo Verde is a new shopping mall under construction along the Santa Rosa–Tagaytay Road in Santa Rosa, Laguna. Also known as SM Santa Rosa Yulo or SM Yulo, it is owned by SM Prime Holdings and is planned to open in 2026, becoming the largest mall in the city and province with about 190,000 square meters of floor space across four levels (plus one basement).

The project is the fifth SM Supermall in Laguna and the second in Santa Rosa after SM City Santa Rosa. In the past, it was called SM Santa Rosa Yulo, SM Yulo Premier, and SM Santa Rosa Yulo Premier as branding moved around; it was also referred to as SM City Santa Rosa 2 before the current name stuck.

The mall is planned as a premier shopping destination with a centerpiece one-hectare (2.5-acre) air-conditioned garden that shops and restaurants will overlook, aimed at the high-end Nuvali area market. It will include an SM Supermarket and SM Store, a premium food hall, and a cinema complex with ten screens (five regular, four Directors’ Club, and one IMAX with Laser).

Nearby, SM Hotels and Conventions Corp. plans a Park Inn by Radisson hotel with about 201 rooms, opening in the first quarter of 2029, within an integrated SM development. An SMX Convention Center Santa Rosa is also planned in the Park Inn building, connected to the mall by a bridge.

In April 2025, scaffolding at the construction site collapsed, burying two workers who died. Construction was suspended for safety inspections. SM Prime says the mall will be a new lifestyle landmark once finished.
