Sébastien Kouma (born 27 April 1997 in Dijon, France) is a Malian swimmer who lives in France. He specializes in breaststroke and swims for the Alliance Dijon Natation club. Since December 2016 he has competed in international events such as the World Championships, the African Games and African Championships, and has taken part in more than five French national championships.

Kouma represented Mali at the 2017 World Aquatics Championships in the 50 metre breaststroke. In 2019 he competed at the World Aquatics Championships in Gwangju in both the 50 m and 100 m breaststroke, and he also swam at the 2019 African Games in Rabat.

On 24 July 2021 he became an Olympic athlete, competing in the 100 metre breaststroke at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics (held in 2021). He set a Malian national record with 1:02.84 in the event, beating the previous record of 1:03.31, but finished 44th out of 49 and did not reach the semi-finals.

Kouma holds 12 Malian national records across 15 long‑course (50 m) swimming events.
