Rudayan is a village in Hathras district, Uttar Pradesh, near the town of Sasni. Most people here depend on farming. The village played a role in India's freedom struggle; a notable freedom fighter from Rudayan is Nand Kumar Deo Vashistha, who later became an MLA from Hathras. The village has only one government tube well for irrigation, which is not enough. Electricity, healthcare, sanitation, and waste disposal facilities are inadequate, and farmers have low incomes.
