Rosult is a small town in northern France. It is a commune in the Nord department, within the Hauts-de-France region.

The town covers 8.16 square kilometers and had 2,022 residents in 2023, giving a population density of about 248 people per square kilometer. It sits at a low elevation of 15 to 21 meters above sea level, and its coordinates are approximately 50.4483°N, 3.3647°E, near Valenciennes.

Rosult is part of the CA Porte du Hainaut intercommunal group and falls under the Valenciennes arrondissement and the Saint-Amand-les-Eaux canton. The mayor for 2020–2026 is Nathalie Colin.

Heritage: Rosult’s coat of arms is azure with gold fleurs-de-lys. The town uses INSEE code 59511 and postal code 59230.
