Telecommunication Breakdown
Telecommunication Breakdown is an electronic music album by Emergency Broadcast Network, released in 1995 by TVT Records. The CD adds three video tracks to the audio, and a floppy disk includes an interactive press kit. The music was produced by Jack Dangers as a side project from Meat Beat Manifesto. Guest performers include Brian Eno on Homicidal Schizophrenic (with Jamie West-Oram of The Fixx on guitar) and Bill Laswell on Shoot the Mac-10 with Grandmaster Melle Mel rapping. The New York Times described it as outrageous and aggressive, likely to make you laugh, dance, or run from the room, and noted its CD-ROM style deepens the sound.
