Amenan Joëlle Rosemonde Kouassi (born 26 December 2001) is an Ivory Coast footballer who plays as a forward for Washington Spirit in the NWSL and for the Ivory Coast national team. She began her senior career with Juventus Yopougon in Ivory Coast, then moved to Hapoel Ra’anana in Israel in 2019–2020, where she scored early goals before returning home to play for Africa Sports and win the Côte d’Ivoire Women's Championship in 2020–21, earning best player of the season.

In November 2021, Kouassi joined French club Fleury. She had a standout spell, scoring goals, helping the team to strong finishes, and earning multiple honors, including Division 1 Féminine Team of the Season, Best Young Player, and two Player of the Month awards. After the season she signed a new three-year deal with Fleury. During 2022–23 she scored 10 goals and had 5 assists in 20 games, finishing sixth in the league and again making the Team of the Season. In 2023–24 she had 5 goals and 3 assists in 19 games.

On 10 July 2024, Washington Spirit signed Kouassi to a four-year contract. In her first NWSL season she contributed a few assists as the Spirit finished second. She scored her first NWSL goal in May 2025 and added important goals and assists in the following months, including a stoppage-time strike to earn a 2–2 draw with Racing Louisville in August 2025 and a hat-trick in the Spirit’s 7–0 win over Alianza in the 2025–26 CONCACAF W Champions Cup group stage.

Kouassi has represented Ivory Coast at the senior level since 2019, including appearances during the 2020 CAF Women's Olympic Qualifying Tournament.
