Rosebrook is a small rural locality in southwest Victoria, Australia. It sits in the Shire of Moyne, about 282 kilometres southwest of Melbourne and 5 kilometres northeast of Port Fairy. The postcode is 3285. In the 2016 census, Rosebrook had a population of 132. The area is traditionally owned by the Eastern Maar people, represented by the Eastern Maar Aboriginal Corporation (EMAC). Rosebrook is part of the Polwarth state electorate and the federal division of Wannon.
