Forthmann House
Forthmann House, now known as USC Community House, is a historic Victorian home in West Adams, Los Angeles. It is Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument No. 103 and sits in the North University Park Historic District.
The 4,200-square-foot house was built around 1887 and designed by Burgess J. Reeve.
In 1988, the house was moved from 629 West 18th Street to 1101 West 28th Street (today 2801 South Hoover Street). The nearby Forthmann Carriage House was moved to Angelino Heights at 812 East Edgeware Road.
The house was designated a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument on October 4, 1972.
