Nam Ki-young (born July 10, 1962) is a former South Korean footballer who played as a defender. He spent his club career with POSCO Atoms (now Pohang Steelers) from 1986 to 1992, making 131 appearances and scoring 1 goal.

Nam represented South Korea internationally, earning 3 caps between 1987 and 1990, and was part of the 1988 Seoul Olympics squad, though he did not play in any matches. In 1987, he collided with Daewoo Royals striker Lee Tae-ho and injured his right eye; Lee later lost vision in that eye and became the first visually impaired player at a FIFA World Cup. After retiring, Nam worked as a football referee until 1997, then returned to his alma mater, Cheongjudaesung High School, to coach its football team from 1997 until 2024.
