Kim Staelens (born 7 January 1982 in Kortrijk, Belgium) is a Dutch professional volleyball player who plays as a setter. She grew up in the Netherlands with her sister Chaïne Staelens, who is also a Dutch international, and their father Jean-Pierre, who played for Belgium. Although born in Belgium, Kim and Chaïne became Dutch citizens because they saw better opportunities with the Dutch team. Kim speaks Dutch, English, French and German.

At 1.82 m tall with a spike reach of 305 cm and a block reach of 301 cm, Kim has played for clubs across Europe, including Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Romania and Poland. She earned 154 appearances for the Dutch national team and competed in major events such as the 2006 World Championship (the Netherlands finished 8th) and the 2007 Boris Yeltsin Cup, where the Dutch won silver. After a knee injury kept her out for part of 2003–2005, she joined the Martinus Amstelveen project aiming for the 2008 Olympics, helping the club win both the Dutch league and cup in 2008.
