Number 13 Beano Street
Number 13 is a Beano comic strip about the family who live in a house called Number 13 Beano Street. It started in Beano issue 2333 on 4 April 1987, drawn by John Geering. The main characters are Boris, Dad, Mum, Gran, Tiddles, and Fiendish, with Frankie as a friend. Other characters include Sabre, Frankie’s pet brick, and Uncle Wolfie, a werewolf. The strip ran regularly until about 1997, with a few one-off appearances up to issue 3152 on 14 December 2002. It came back in January 2014, written and drawn by Alan Ryan. It has also appeared in Beano Annuals and is published on a limited schedule, ongoing.
