Romain Millo-Chluski, born 20 April 1983 in Ris-Orangis, Essonne, is a former French rugby union player who played as a lock. He spent most of his career with Toulouse in the Top 14 from 2000 to 2016, making 301 appearances and scoring 20 points, before finishing with Perpignan from 2016 to 2018 (30 appearances). Internationally, he earned 18 caps for France from 2005 to 2011, scoring no points. He is 1.96 m tall and weighed about 121 kg during his playing days. With Toulouse, he won the 2007–08 French league championship and the Heineken Cup in 2004–05 and 2009–10.
